RUNNING
TRAINING

  • We focus on exercises that increase physical efficiency, running strength, speed and the ability to run on variable and difficult terrain. We help you start your adventure with running and together we achieve your goals.

STRENGTH
TRAINING

  • We increase muscle strength and endurance, which is crucial in OCR races. In addition to multi-joint and stabilization exercises, there will be exercises that will help you dominate obstacles and overcome every challenge on the route.

GRIP
TRAINING

  • We focus on exercises that help increase grip strength and the ability to stay on obstacles. You will find the right tools and techniques to strengthen your grip, as it is often a decisive factor in overcoming obstacles.

HOW TO JOIN US
